Soveena the Squid is a boss level in Sailor Village in the Game Boy Color adaption of Croc 2.
Croc faces off against Soveena, who has blocked off the harbour.
Walkthrough[]
You start at the bottom of the level. Move to the left or right side of the screen and pick up a barrel. To defeat Soveena, you will need to navigate through the spikes on the beach and throw the barrel at her.
However, Soveena will also be throwing balls at you. These balls will bounce against the spikes and, should they hit Croc, the barrel will explode and Croc will need to return to the bottom of the beach to grab another one.
After three hits, Soveena will fall.
Trivia[]
- This is the equivalent of the console level, "Soveena the Squid".
- Soveena is pink in this version of the game, as opposed to blue in the console. This closer matches her early design, seen only in a screenshot of a prototype release.[1]
